Return/Exchange Eligibility

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.

Sarees purchased during sales, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Process

Email care@niswarth.co.in with order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship to our warehouse.

Upon inspection, we will confirm eligibility for refund/exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only after quality check.

Refunded to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchange allowed for size/defect/wrong product only.

If replacement product is unavailable, refund/store credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items

Sarees sold under sale/discount/coupon promotions.

Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
