Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Sarees purchased during sales, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Process

  1. Email care@niswarth.co.in with order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

    • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship to our warehouse.

  3. Upon inspection, we will confirm eligibility for refund/exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after quality check.

  • Refunded to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchange allowed for size/defect/wrong product only.

  • If replacement product is unavailable, refund/store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees sold under sale/discount/coupon promotions.

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
