Care & Maintenance Instructions:-
  • First Wash: Strictly Dry Clean Only to preserve the rich vegetable dyes, fabric integrity, and vibrant violet hue.
  • Ironing: Use a low-to-medium silk setting. Always iron on the reverse side or place a protective cotton cloth over the gold zari to prevent damage.
  • Storage: Store the saree folded flat inside a breathable cotton or muslin bag. Avoid hanging on metal hangers to prevent fabric stretching.

Return/Exchange Eligibility
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Sarees purchased during sales, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Process

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship to our warehouse.
