Care Instructions:-
To maintain the pristine shine, color depth, and soft texture of your saree over time, please follow these care guidelines:
  • Drying: Air dry indoors in a shaded area. Keep completely away from direct sunlight to prevent the rich royal blue hue from fading.
  • Ironing: Iron on the reverse side using a low-to-medium silk setting. Always place a clean cotton cloth between the iron and the gold zari work to protect it.
  • Storage: Store wrapped in a soft cotton or muslin cloth inside a breathable bag. Avoid using plastic covers or hanging it on metal hangers for extended periods
  • First Wash: Strictly Dry Clean Only for the first few washes to lock the brilliant blue dye and delicate gold zari.

Return/Exchange Eligibility
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Sarees purchased during sales, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Process
  • Email care@niswarth.co.in with order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship to our warehouse.
  • Upon inspection, we will confirm eligibility for refund/exchange.
Refunds
